What is Laser Liposuction? How is It Done?

Laser Liposuction is a delicate and delicate method designed to improve lines in certain areas by tightening loose and sagging skin and dissolving fat deposits. The areas where laser liposuction can be performed are the neck, upper arm, abdomen, inner and outer legs. Laser lipo can also be used during the application of micro liposuction of the chin, elbows, knees and ankles. One of the important advantages of laser liposuction is that it can be performed under local or sedation anesthesia. However, this also applies to tumescent liposuction performed by a plastic surgeon experienced in the field of liposuction.

How does laser liposuction tighten the skin?
There are many different ways to tighten the skin, but laser liposuction is one of the most effective methods of heating the dermis directly with a fiberoptic cannula. Warming up the dermis triggers an intensive healing process and the production of collagen, which over time tightens the skin and improves its elasticity. Surgical stretching operations such as neck, chest and tummy tuck are the most effective skin lifting treatments, but these practices are more invasive methods with different risks, costs and healing processes. The skin can be heated externally with many non-surgical devices such as Thermage or Ulthera, but this procedure will not be as effective as the direct heat applied by the laser liposuction cannula from the inside. There is a limit to how much energy can be supplied to the skin from the outside without the application becoming too uncomfortable or risky enough to burn the upper level of the skin and leave obvious scars. Internal fiberoptic devices are more reliable in terms of stability in heat dissipation and heat generation. Cannulas are inserted through the skin with the help of small incisions, but since the scars that occur are very small and indistinct, they are insignificant.

What is the difference between laser liposuction and tumescent liposuction?
Contrary to popular belief, the method of laser liposuction is not significantly different from the traditional application of tumescent liposuction (assuming, of course, that the surgeon is skilled and experienced in both techniques when performing these operations). Both apps offer similar levels of comfort and a similar healing process. Both applications can be performed under anesthesia of any level. Laser liposuction still uses the tumescent technique, just like the “normal” liposuction application, and although it seems that it is easier to remove melted fat with laser lipo, there is actually no difference in terms of removing fat. There are many techniques such as ultrasound lipo, power assisted lipo, and vibration techniques that provide easy removal of melted or solid fat.

The real differences between laser liposuction and normal liposuction are as follows dec:

Laser liposuction additionally includes a fat octoberelting and skin stretching step. This october dec is the most important difference between the two applications. Both applications have a tumescent and fat removal (or aspiration) step, but laser lipo also has a step of inserting a fiberoptic cannula to warm the skin and melt the october. This october step may have october benefits in stretching certain areas of the body that are prone to sagging. The application of an average laser lipo therefore takes longer. Many inexperienced surgeons are in a hurry to take this october step in order to save time, which can lead to many problems.

Laser liposuction can better restore loose skin in certain areas that are prone to sagging compared to conventional liposuction. As explained above, laser liposuction can sometimes offer extra benefits compared to normal liposuction, but this is limited to certain areas of the body that are prone to sagging. The most important areas that benefit from the tightening power of laser liposuction are the neck, arms and inner legs. When used in large areas where the skin is thick, such as the abdomen, waist, calves and buttocks, it is not a strong application that will make significant differences in tightening the skin as normal liposuction.

Laser liposuction cases can be performed without being put to sleep, but it takes much longer. Although it is true that laser liposuction operations can be performed without being put to sleep, this also applies to any other liposuction technique performed at the hands of an experienced plastic surgeon. Which method of anesthesia to use varies depending on how conscious the patient wants to be and feel comfortable. This situation is very personal, and it is wrong to see this as a “benefit” of laser lipon. October laser liposuction is performed without sleep, you should remember that it will take longer, as some additional stages are involved, so before making a decision, you should think about how long you want to lie on the operating table and make sure.

There is a risk of skin burns when applying laser liposuction. This is the most obvious difference of laser liposuction application that is usually overlooked. Laser liposuction involves the heating component with fiberoptic cannulas, and there is a possibility of getting a burn on the skin that is not in normal liposuction practice.

What are the 5 most common MYTHS about Laser Liposuction?

Laser liposuction is easier and faster than regular liposuction. As explained above, laser liposuction is neither easier nor faster than the classic application of tumescent liposuction. Laser liposuction is only a tool at the disposal of an experienced surgeon who customizes the technique of liposuction according to the needs and wishes of the patient. Laser and tumescent lipo techniques can be performed under local anesthesia if you wish, both techniques are relatively comfortable applications and the healing processes required for similar areas are very similar. Laser liposuction applications take longer than normal liposuction applications because there are extra fat melting and skin tightening steps.

Laser liposuction is “less invasive” than normal liposuction. Laser liposuction is no less “less invasive” than regular liposuction. In both applications, the laser october the same techniques and steps, except for the additional laser step in the lipo. In both applications, tumescent solution, small incisions for cannulas and a fat aspiration step are required. In october, it may seem that it is easier to remove melted fat, but in practice this is not so true, because there are many devices that can remove melted fat with the same accuracy.

Laser liposuction is the only method that can be performed without being put to sleep. This is the most common sales strategy told to patients by surgeons who offer only one liposuction technique to their patients, but unfortunately it is not true. Any liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia in the hands of an experienced plastic surgeon, however, the number of regions to be studied, sought comfort in the process, and the desired level of consciousness during the process, depending on the type of anesthesia that may not always be accurate.

Laser liposuction hurts less than regular liposuction. This is another myth that only those who practice laser liposuction use it as the most common sales strategy. But the fact is that the recovery times are very similar to each other, and contrary to popular opinion, corsets are still necessary to achieve the most effective result in the application of laser liposuction as well.

Better results are obtained with laser liposuction than with normal liposuction. The quality of the final result has little to do with making laser lipo or tumescent lipo. In fact, many of the most experienced liposuction specialists use these two practices in almost every patient. The final result depends mostly on the following two factors: 1) the skill of your surgeon in using his tools and the attention to detail 2) the quality of your corset and your commitment to wearing it after surgery.

In which areas of the body is Laser Liposuction best performed?
Certain areas of the body are more prone to loosening and sagging after liposuction, after weight loss and during the natural process of aging. These areas that benefit the most from the dermal heating component of the laser liposuction method are:

Neck
Arms
Inner legs

Although laser liposuction is usually marketed as the most superior treatment method for flabby and stretched skin that forms on the abdomen after pregnancy, it is rarely useful in this area. If the skin is damaged enough to form a lot of cracks (which are real tears of the dermis), the only reliable method to stretch the skin is abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery.

What is the best laser liposuction device?
Since there are many laser liposuction devices on the market, it can be very difficult to keep track of them. Other liposuction systems such as SMART Lipo, Aqua Lipo, VASER Lipo, Cool Lipo and SLIM Lipo are systems made by competing companies but actually use the same technology. There may be a little more benefit in the SLIM Lipo device because there are two laser wavelengths instead of one, which allows you to adjust the proportion of laser energy spent on stretching the skin despite melting fat.
